Photographic work for an amount of €1250,- awarded to the most photogenic collection by a third year student.

BARBAIX AWARD

IN COLABORATION WITH PFAFF

The Barbaix company donates, in collaboration with Pfaff, a sewing machine 'Bernina 1008' for a value of €1300,- to the Fashion Department's atelier to stimulate the students' lab work.

BVBA32 AWARD

Mattia Vanseveren

BVBA32 gives a prize of €3000,- to a student with the most innovative collection.

COCCODRILLO AWARD

Pierre Renaux

Goes to the most creative shoe, with a prize of €1000,- and a display in the Coccodrillo shop-window.

CHRISTINE MATHYS AWARD

Raffaela Graspointner

In honour of Christine's passion for fashion an award of €2.500,- is handed out for the collection that shows this passion the most. Christine Mathys was co-founder of NV Dries Van Noten.

IFF AWARD

Peter Rudi

Nominees Alexis Gautier, Peter Rudi, Anna Kaschel and Marketa Martiskova each win €500,- euro. The winner will receive a trip to New York to present his/her perfume project at the head-office of International Flavors and Fragrances.

KNACK WEEKEND AWARD

Wim Bruynooghe

Granted by the fashion team of Knack Weekend headed by Ellen De Wolf. The award goes to the most promising designer and includes a fashion spread in Weekend Knack edition 'Fashion, it's Belgian' September 2013.

LOUIS AWARD

Elena Pugach

For the most remarkable student of the third year. He/she receives an award of €1000,- and can present his/her collection in the windows of Louis.

MOMU AWARD

Pierre Renaux

This award is granted to the student whose work stands out because of its unique graphic language. He/she will present their Master collection in the MoMu Gallery.

ANNE KURRIS AWARD

Virginia Burlina

A jury of children nominates a collection that appeals to them. The winner receives an amount of €1000,-.

MOVEX/FFI AWARD

Mattia Vanseveren

will be presented to the student who integrates leather in an innovative and creative way in his/her collection. The award includes a trip to Andalusia (4 days) to visit the Movex Foundation and different leather manufacturers and the ability to produce a mini leather collection. The winner will receive free materials and workshops in the luxury leather industry with access to all Movex leather professionals, technology and materials.

MAISON ANNA HEYLEN AWARD

Miriam Laubscher

Granted to a student with an eye for craftmanship and handcraft, interesting details and coupe. Next to the award of €500,-, the student also wins a two-week display at the 'Horta Huis' in Brussels and the 'maison' in Antwerp.

RA AWARD

Ehssan Morshed Sefat

An award of €500,- for a remarkable collection. The winner also receives the opportunity to present his/her collection at the next RA showroom during the fashion week in Paris in June (men's) or October (women's).

FLANDERS FASHION MAKERS BY MOPAN ALKEN AWARD

Marie-Sofie Beinke

Granted to a student of the second or third Bachelor, who distinguished himself/herself by using very good pattern constructions. Flanders Fashion Makers will also put their experience of manufacturing at the service of the winner by assisting them by the realisation of 3 prototypes together with their highly skilled staff.

ANTWERP POWERED BY CREATIVES AWARD

Mattia Vanseveren

The City of Antwerp stimulates creative entrepreneurship. The city awards a cash prize of 2500 euros to the student who, in the course of the education, distinguished him/herself in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship.
